We offer a program that assists new advisors through one of the industry's best training and support programs. First Command covers virtually all advisors expenses and our commission structure allows a first year advisor to potentially reach a six-figure income.
Criteria For Joining Our Team:
- Have a four year degree
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit.
- A high degree of honesty and integrity
- Have an affinity for sales.
- Given an initial client base, be willing and able to develop quality referrals.
- Have the ability to pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities and insurance: Series 6, Series 63, Series 65, and state life/health insurance.
